Basswood Fireplaces specifies and installs gas fireplaces from the yard at 1413 Basswood Lake Road, Huron Shores, Ontario, about five minutes from Thessalon. Licensed gas technicians do the gas and propane work. Call 705-943-4141 before you drive out. The yard is by appointment.
Every gas unit we quote can be set up for propane when the cottage is not on natural gas. That conversion is part of the quote, not a surprise after the box arrives. The quote is the unit, the surround, the hearth pad, and the flue.
Town & Country TC36 Arch is the gas fireplace we spec most often. Napoleon is specified to the job, not a crate in the yard.

Regency
Cascades F2500 / i2500. Atmosphere Gi33 / Horizon HRI6E. Canadian wood and gas, plus outdoor fire when the patio is part of the same job. We use Regency when the opening, the catalyst warranty, or the outdoor pad calls for it.
Archgard
Kōjin 62. Optima 45. Chantico 36 / 27. Canadian gas fireplaces, stoves, and inserts. We spec Archgard when the opening wants a clean contemporary fire and the parts stay in Canada.
